Acupuncture
General care to suit your personal needs using acupuncture and the integration of modalities which may include teishin, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, cupping, tuning forks, and/or the prescription of herbal medicine. The format is often a subtle journey of somatic release. I listen to the meridians, tissues and organ networks of your body, creating space for any stuckness to unwind and express itself, as you bring your awareness to what is happening. This opens space for the resources within you to harmonize and promote healing. I am with you during the entire duration of the session.

Non-Insertive Meridian Therapy
This is an option for those seeking the benefits of acupuncture who wish to avoid the use of insertive needles. After assessing your personal needs, you will receive a treatment integrating various modalities that can be utilized on the meridian system, which may include the teishin, cupping, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and/or light bodywork.

Herbal Medicine
This visit is specifically for the prescription of an herbal formula and lifestyle recommendations. Chinese Herbal Medicine is a multi-faceted alternative and/or supplementation to Western Medicine for a multitude of conditions. It can likewise serve as an integrative vessel for healing of the mind, body, emotions and spirit. During this visit, I take an in-depth analysis of your pulse, we discuss healing goals and assess the present state of your wellness. Afterwards, I prescribe an herbal formula and personalized lifestyle recommendations.

Microneedling Glow Treatment
This skincare treatment combines Microneedling and Acupuncture to support radiant skin from both the inside out and the outside in. Microneedling is a technique using fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin, which naturally enhances blood flow and promotes collagen production. Prior to Microneedling, the face is cared for using modalities such as cupping, gua sha and tei shin while acupuncture points are chosen on the body to support your overall vitality.
Please note: This service cannot be utilized if you are on blood thinning medications or have received botox injections within the past month.
